  • Your chosen product(s) will be delivered monthly to your doorstep.
  • You can select 1 or more bags of our Mushroom Adaptogen Blend per month based on your needs.
  • Subscription orders always include FREE shipping—no additional costs.
  • Subscribers enjoy a discounted price of €49 per month per bag.

3. Managing Your Subscription

  • You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Changes can be made by logging into your account on our website at alchemind.co.
  • If you make changes after an order has already been processed, the changes will take effect for the next billing cycle.

4. Payments & Billing

  • The €49 subscription fee is billed monthly on the same date as your first purchase.
  • Payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method.
  • If payment fails, we will notify you, and your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscription orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands each month.
  • We offer free shipping on all subscription deliveries, regardless of location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Since subscriptions are prepaid, refunds are not issued for already processed payments.
  • If you cancel after your order has been shipped, your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
